Ainsley started working part-time as a veterinary assistant here at Leaside Animal Clinic in July 2021. She has always loved animals and really enjoys meeting all of the adorable patients that come into the clinic every day. Her family had a Newfoundland while growing up so she has a soft spot for large breed dogs. She is currently studying Wildlife Biology and Conservation at the University of Guelph and is considering pursuing a degree in veterinary medicine after she graduates.
Fun fact: she cared for orphaned raccoons, skunks, and porcupines while volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation centre.
